Job description
Based in either our Glasgow or Newcastle offices, you will be part of a team of experts talking directly to our customers through email, social media, phone and LiveChat. You will represent guitarguitar in offering personalised product advice and always coming up with outstanding solutions for our customers.
We are looking for people who have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, as well as possessing a keen eye for opportunities to make sales. Ideally you will already play an instrument and are both knowledgeable and passionate about guitars and the products we sell.

To be considered for this role you must...

- Be passionate about guitars, instruments and music
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be keen to sell
- Understand and demonstrate what exceptional customer service means
Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but is not essential.
The role reports to our Online Management Team.
