We have a fantastic opportunity for someone customer-focussed and well-organised to join our implementation team.

This role is important as you’ll be working with the finance implementation team working on various products such as iFinance, HR Pro and Staffology Payroll.

Responsibilities:

As an Associate Project Manager within this team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Managing implementation projects from beginning to end.
• Supporting the team with their implementation projects
• Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the customer.
• Developing project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively and regularly communicating project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion.
• Create and maintain accurate records to track progress on projects, providing updates as required by management team.
• Build trusted relationships with clients during the implementation process.
• Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team, escalating in a timely manner where appropriate.
• Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Conducting project reviews and creating a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
