Within the Network Deployment Field Team with responsibilities for coordinating the back office activities to enable Vodafone field based resources to deliver upgrades, enhancements, capacity increases, reconfigurations and decommissions to Vodafone’s regional network.
Contribute to tasks on a factory production line to accelerate Network deployment where standardisations and simplifications are at the heart of what we do. Helping to ensure delivery of flexible, efficient, and high-quality services at speed.
Contribute a One Team approach across all team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
Build a culture of diversity as a foundation of maximising the collective knowledge, skills and capabilities across the One Team.
Continuously drive delivery improvements by relentless, fearless, experimentation and testing of new ideas and concepts, learning fast and implementing quickly
Ensure effective and accurate recording to give the visibility and awareness required by managers and stakeholders.
Ensure effective use of the agreed escalation process to improve the delivery.
Further the image, promote best practice and demonstrate accountability of the Regional and National Network Deployment teams by developing strong, effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
Coordinate the delivery of multiple site activities across various programs with tight deadlines- Raising Purchase Orders and Goods Receipting
- Using Vodafone tools like Evenflow, Cramer and Remedy for milestone claiming, extraction of transmission reports and raising CRQ’s
Who are we looking for?
Ability to use word and excel to create Risk and Method statements and Construction Phase Plans- To be able to learn fast and grow into a team
- To understand that the job role is to provide absolute support to the Field Team and to report up to management on the outputs and numbers related to these activities
