Proactive Project Coordinator Required for Expanding Flat Roofing Specialist

We are a rapidly expanding flat roofing specialist seeking a top-notch Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent planning skills, and a strong command of technology. We have an operational base in Weston-super-Mare, but as all our systems are cloud-based, this role can be carried out from our base and from home, allowing a degree of flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Installation Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and project management software
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- BSc in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial, but not essential
