Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, achieving KPIs and maximising revenue opportunities? We’re looking for driven and motivated individuals with experience within the dental industry, but a natural aptitude for sales and an ability to build relationships with new customers. You will have a portfolio of existing customers, uncapped commission and a company car within our benefits package. This isn’t just any sales role, this is an opportunity to meet clinical specialists and present them with the best possible solution whilst growing your revenue stream.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell all DD Group products to existing customers. This includes consumables, equipment service packages, facial aesthetics, compliance services and handpiece repairs.
- Carry out objective-based appointments with prospective and current customers, ensuring detailed and coherent records are kept on CRM.
- Project manage all leads on behalf of the customer, working with key stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided throughout the customer purchasing process.
- Build a fluid portfolio business plan and work collaboratively with marketing to ensure a marketing strategy is implemented in the field.
- Work collaboratively with all DD Group Portfolio product specialists to present multiple solutions to customers.
- Build relationships with key dental influencers and manufacturer partners by attending regular meetings and objective-led dual calling.
- Identify and develop relationships with local dental organisations and committees. Attend relevant seminars and events to raise the profile of DD.
