Facilities Help Desk Operator
Do you enjoy liaising with people from across the store to ensure a smooth running day? Our Facilities Helpdesk is looking for a new member to join their team.
About the Role
As a Facilities Helpdesk Operator you will be based in our Knightsbridge store’s helpdesk, amongst a supportive team. You will manage the end to end process of supporting and maintaining our main store and other sites, including our H beauty stores across the UK. You will deliver excellent customer service to our staff, escalating facilities faults, and playing an integral role in connecting the necessary trade specialists to resolve the issues.
Your daily activities will involve:
- Logging calls and arranging appropriate repairs or maintenance works with the relevant engineer/technician.
- Using our bespoke CAFM software to carry out these duties.
- Taking regular phone calls, translating faults into clear and practical resolutions using email and our internal system.
Your role will work in line with store opening hours, working 5 out of 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
About You
You can communicate at all levels with strong written and spoken communication skills. Excellent customer service focus and an eye for detail.
You will have the ability to:
- Use fluent computer skills, such as using and typing emails and data input
- Produce clear, concise instructions
- Use own initiative to take responsibility of workload
- Organise your approach to work planning and time allocation to tasks
