The Project Coordinator provides support to the EPMO project and program management teams to ensure project delivery is customer focused, results orientated, performance driven and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements. They interact with project team members and stakeholders across various departments to maintain alignment regarding changes within and progress made in the plan. The Project Coordinator organizes reporting, plans meetings, and provides updates to project managers. The Project Coordinator may also be responsible for managing small, low-risk projects under close supervision. Responsible for adhering to HIPAA and Confidentiality Guidelines.

How do I make an impact on my team?
The position is expected to perform a wide range of project activities that may include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings. Prepare agendas, minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain project communications and scheduling
- Maintain project documentation and artifacts, including issues, risks, decisions, and action items
- Provide support for vendor and budget tracking, including reporting processes (resources, schedule, etc.). Conducts initial budget variance analysis.
- Update and maintain project schedule; monitor and track changes with project or program manager guidance.
- Participate in strategy and project planning sessions
- Leverage available tools and resources to supporting project efforts.
- Promptly inform project manager of potential issues, risks or conflicts.
- Assist teams in the removal of barriers to success and sustained change implementation.
- Develop and maintain EPMO policy and procedure documentation and related toolsets.
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred and/or a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
- At least two (2) years demonstrated experience participating on project teams
- Experience providing support managing projects and/or teams
- Health insurance or pharmacy benefits management industry experience.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
