We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This a key role to provide a complete project support service across the implementation of new contracts, focusing on stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring all targets are met within the programme plan.
Although this is a remote working arrangement and we welcome candidates based anywhere in the UK, some travel may be required.
What you will get involved in as our Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate all project tasks and functions for the programme
- Maintain project plans in consultation with the Project Manager
- Facilitate any coordination, including preparing agendas, taking minutes at meetings, and collating appropriate paperwork
- Provide management support in the preparation, and production of high-quality project documents and reports
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures to meet the need of the programme
- Manage all stakeholder engagement activities as per programme requirements
As our Project Coordinator, you will have:
- Sound knowledge of Office 365, including Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams,
- MS Project and SharePoint
- Experience in Project Coordination/Administration
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and engagement experience
