Job description
We are looking for a professional and motivated Project Co-ordinator who can work with our dynamic team to organise and oversee a number of technical projects. In this fast-paced role, you will communicate with our experienced Technical Engineers and understand the resources needed to reach the end goal of each project. The right candidate will motivate our team whilst ensuring a high level of productivity and ensure deadlines are being met. A good technical appreciation is required for this role.
The position is based at our Head Office in Malvern, an area of outstanding natural beauty (ANOB), and at our Production Centre in Tewkesbury. Due to the sensitivity of projects, remote working is not an option.
Responsibilities:
· Commercial awareness, ensuring the resources of projects meet the demands,
timescales and budgets set.
· Monitoring productivity and objectives of projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones
are met.
· Keeping track of changes to long and short-term goals for projects and proactively
identify risks in advance.
· Learning in detail the requirements of each project and discussing goals with clients
and senior management.
· Ability to identify bottle necks and resolve risks to projects.
· Presenting at quarterly meetings and preparing presentations in advance.
· Providing regular updates for the Director.

Schedule:
Initially this is a part time position of 16 hours per week with the potential to become full time. You will be required to work 2 days per week with 30 minutes of unpaid lunch.
Salary:
Salary expectation is £13.50 - £17.50 per hour, dependant on relevant experience.
