We are working alongside a rapidly growing telecom solution provider and are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in Pill, you will directly support the successful delivery of projects undertaken by the delivery team through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Creating Project Planners for each new order.
- Assigning tasks to Delivery agents to ensure SLA’s are met.
- Providing all key stakeholders with regular updates.
- Managing customer onboarding paperwork.
- Arranging all 3rd party contractors as well as relevant hardware and licencing for project support.
What you'll need to apply
- Previous experience within a coordination role.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Planner.
