Project Co-ordinator
- Assisting with and co-ordinating the delivery capital projects across the UK property portfolio with primary focus on the delivery of the annual infrastructure programme.
- Help to deliver a stakeholder management and communication plan as part of the infrastructure programme
- Co-ordinate day to day delivery of property projects by assisting with order raising, invoicing and cost reporting
- Liaise with key business stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that projects pass through the governance model and relevant approvals efficiently
- Maintenance of project folders and compliance with audit governance
- Monitoring of supplier performance and KPI’s
- Chairing of project sign off calls and producing agenda and outcome minutes
Experience you’d be expected to have
- Stakeholder engagement: able to liaise with and present to a number of business stakeholders
- Contract and supplier management: able to effectively drive strategic partners to deliver on our strategy in an ethical, commercially efficient and service orientated way.
- Analysis and storytelling with data: an ability to assimilate large quantities of complex information with a view to extracting points of relevance quickly and the ability to convey this in a compelling and persuasive way.
- Able to organise, chair and minute meetings of senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware with an understanding of the construction / fitout industry.
- Good understanding of Microsoft office products ability to produce reports and data where required.
