Our client in Cannock are recruiting for production operatives for long term roles.

Monday to Friday/ 2:30pm-10:30pm & 4:30pm-00:30am

£10.62ph initially rising after a successful probation period.

Duties:

- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Handle materials and supplies in the warehouse
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques is a plus

This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to follow instructions accurately, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities is essential. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are also important in this role.
