Job description
Best.Energy are recruiting a Project Assitant to part to play in the seamless process and delivery of our projects in the UK. Your magic-like organisation and communication skills will wow us, and our customers. Below are some of the key objectives of the role but it is by no means exhaustive:
- Ensuring the required documentation is in place in regards to surveys, billing and solution design using our Google Workspace folder structure
- Using the CRM to record key information about customers and projects
- Maintain the flow chart to demonstrate the progress of scheduled tasks
- Support with the pre sales part of the process by obtaining all relevant documentation from customers, internal stakeholders and any third party that may be relevant such as energy supplier
- Working with contractors to book in surveys and installations
- Liaising with finance to ensure all documentation aligns for billing
- Working closely with our customers to inform them of planned installations and send out welcome letters to completed sites
- Sending out RAMS and SOW documentation
- Liaise with customer support when required
You - Project Assistant
This is our wish list but don't let it put you off applying if you don't think you have everything below!
- Experience of working as an administrator dealing with electrical installations would be hugely advantageous
- Understanding of RAMS and Scope of Works documentation again, would be great but not essential
- You will need razor sharp communication skills and be to put the pressure on in a professional way to obtain documentation on time
- Your IT skills will be second to none. Even if you've not used Google Workspace before, your IT literacy means you'll pick it up in no time
- Detail, detail, detail - this goes without saying. We really need someone who is a stickler for detail and 'getting it right'
- You'll be a natural plate spinner and your unflappable nature will mean you can multi task like a pro
- As a minimum, we need someone who is has experience of working in a fast paced administrative role with solid IT skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of people
