Job Summary
Salary: Up to £47,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW - hybrid
Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Strategy and Projects Analyst to be responsible for market analytics, business case modelling and supporting the development of strategies across the organisation for commercial and business planning. This role would suit a recent post-graduate student.
The Strategy and Projects Analyst dually reports to the Senior Project Manager and the Head of Strategy & Business Development, and will partner closely with the wider Strategy Office, as well as with clinical and functional teams across the organisation on various projects.
What will your duties include?
  • In collaboration with clinical, operational and financial colleagues, analyses market data and develops demand/capacity and financial modelling to support business cases, proposals and strategic plans.
  • Project manages the New Proposition Development pipeline; manages risks and implementation plans; and reports progress into the Business Development Committee.
  • Responsible for Executive Administration to support the UK Executive Team, including analysis required for board updates.
  • Supports the development of organisational strategy and the annual process to refresh priorities.
  • Proactively scans the healthcare market and competitor and customer landscape for relevant trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Creates and develops strategy templates and implementation plans to support translation of strategy across the organisation.
  • Tracks strategic KPIs across the organisation to determine success of strategic initiative implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What we need from you?
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous acute healthcare experience in data analysis and evaluation of healthcare resources, services, programmes and finances preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing and analysing complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators, product line analysis and proposal development.
