The ideal candidate will have experiance within the pharmecutical industry and knowlege of the auditing processes within the sector. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Setup new projects within the project management system, trackers & RiverArk drive post confirmation of conduct dates.
- Assist the Project Manager with ad hoc admin requests - Signing of documents, planning, internal audit preparations etc.
- CAPA admin and routing – Request CAPA No., meet with owner to capture initial details and sign / route as appropriate, schedule meetings as the CAPA progresses.
- Assist the Project Managers with project related tasks when workload is high – Updating of process guides, SOW’s, planning and both client and auditor input forms etc.
- Maintain consultant auditor and internal staff SOP training – Route new / updated SOP’s, change controls and templates for signatures, prepare training records and ensure that compliance is maintained.
- Ensuring RiverArk admin standards are maintained – Consultant E-mail signatures are correctly represented, email templates are being used by consultants, documents include correct formatting & logo’s Etc.
- Periodic review of internal documents to ensure they are up to date and relevant.
- Participation in new client and consultant auditor onboarding – Creation of RiverArk C.V and email accounts, reference checks, MSA and SOW routing for signatures and correct filing etc.
- Assist the wider RiverArk team with ad hoc admin requests.
- Assist the Project Manager with ensuring client deliverable and internal deadlines are met.
- Update and send out the end of month status report to CEO for invoicing.
- Ensure that the internal audit folders are up to date and contain all the relevant documents.
- Expenses – Following up with consultants for all onsite audits to ensure that the expense reports are in on time for invoicing purposes.
- Calendar management for Director of Operations and CEO
- Attend to the company main phone.
- Support travel booking arrangements for the team.
