Job description
We are seeking to appoint a Programme/Theme Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Dental Hygiene & Dental Therapy Programme and Outreach Theme within the School of Clinical Dentistry.
Working under senior School staff, you will be primarily responsible for the planning, organisation and administration of the Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy timetable and the Outreach Theme. Other duties will include student support and maintenance of student records, assessment administration, and communication with the Hospital Trust and Outreach placements.
The work is very varied and you will be required to prioritise the complex demands of both the Dental Hygiene & Dental Therapy Programme and Outreach Theme. You will need to work flexibly and liaise with senior clinical and administrative staff. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to take a methodical approach to planning are essential.
We are a campus based residential university and as such the expectation is that all staff will spend some of their time on campus.
