Job Purpose
Supporting the smooth and efficient service by providing high-quality administrative support
As a hard-working and motivated individual, will be responsible for the provision of a professional, efficient administrative service, taking responsibility for operational aspects of programme delivery and other school operational activities. You will ensure deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained, working in accordance with University and School policies and procedures.
What you’ll be doing
Administrating system module registrations for new and existing students- Updating student timetable system with changes and respond to subsequent student queries
- Amending student trackers and information following progression rounds
- Updating student status changes on the student system Banner, in line with registry processes
- Supporting with the online platform provision and grouping
- Conducting student placement tracking and updating systems
- Creating data updates to Student Visa extension process and tracking student surveys and data
- Supporting the operational teams in the school as and when required

- Able to consistently work to a high degree of accuracy and possess exceptional attention to detail
- Capable of organising, time-management and taking ownership of your workload
- A clear and professional communicator both verbally and in writing
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and 365) is essential along with a high level of general digital literacy
- Ability to record accurate data/information in a database
- Self-motivated with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work well within a team environment collaboratively
- Strong numerical skills to enable you to analyze data
- Possess a strong desire and capability to learn new skills and technologies
- Knowledge of the higher education sector is an advantage
