The Medi Aesthetics Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing educational support in the field of medical aesthetics. The role requires a pro-active brand ambassador who will build a strong brand presence through networking, prospecting, and exceptional customer experience to deliver on all channel KPI's. You will be partnering with colleagues from across Marketing, Product, Content, and other teams to grow this exciting channel and exceed customer expectation.
This individuals primary goal is to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and ensure customers are well-informed about product benefits and proper usage.
The responsibilities of the Medi Aesthetics Sales & Education Manager UK/IR …. Could this be you?
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and targets.
- Monitor sales performance, set objectives, and provide training to support goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth.
- Prospect, present and open partnerships with leading chains and clinics.
- Develop new exposure opportunities such as training schools and equipment manufacturers
- Design and deliver educational content to medi aesthetic professionals.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and other resources to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and medical experts to create compelling educational content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in medi-aesthetics.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide input and insights on customer needs and preferences to improve marketing efforts.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Identify trade show and marketing/PR opportunities to build exposure and grow reach
- Host and attend press events, conferences and guest speaker evenings
- Collaborate with Global team and other country counterparts
Do you have the below skills?
- Beauty Therapy qualifications minimum Level 3
- Proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in the medical aesthetics industry
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics products, procedures, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with medi professionals and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Required for role: Own a reliable car and have a valid driving licence
