Harnessing the power of tech and data, we work with some of the most recognisable organisations worldwide, wherever they need us to be. We deliver sustained outcomes through our managed solutions, as well as transforming and running complex operational processes that often create challenges or hinder client progress. Underpinning all of this is our commitment to ensuring our people are equipped with tomorrow's skills to drive success for our clients today.

About the Team

The Change Cluster is made up of three key areas - Supply Chain and Operations, Change Managed Capacity and Change Managed Services. • Ability to apply a logical, solution based and analytical approach to work.

  • You will have a track record of engaging with stakeholders and developing those relationships.

  • Excellent project planning skills and experience of using project management and planning tools such as MS-Project.

  • Good knowledge of the MS Office and/or Google Workspace (formally GSuite), and able to demonstrate a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • If you have a professional qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, Scrum, this is great but not essential.

Role Descriptions and Responsibilities

We’re looking for Project Management Officers (PMO) who will support the execution of transformation and change projects for our clients. We are particularly keen to attract people with PMO experience from across multiple sectors such as Financial services, Technology, IT, Utilities, Banking, Insurance, and pharmaceuticals. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Working directly with our internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure effective project delivery.
