We are looking for a programmes coordinator to join our team at our new Aspire venue in the City of London.

Our mission is to inspire and empower women leaders to create life, work and world change. We do this through workshops, events, 1 to 1 coaching, books and membership.

An interest in women's empowerment and leadership is a must. You need to be efficient, organised with a high attention to detail. You need to be be able to project plan, think ahead and manage all the details.

With 3 rooms that will cater for up to 35 people, this is a unique opportunity for a passionate person looking for something different.

Job brief

You will need to be able to help plan and coordinate our programmes, from inception to delivery; managing resources, budget and people to achieve our desired outcomes. You'll need to track work to be completed, set deadlines and work well with our team.

Duties include:

- Creating programming calendar (workshops/events/conferences)

- Admin such as invoice chasing

- Keeping website updated and adding new events/programming

- Create programme timelines, budgets and allocates resources

- Works with catering supervisor to keep supplies up to date and on budget

- Makes sure all elements of an event or workshop are managed and delivered on time

- Manage pre and post logistical emails for events

- Sets up virtual events and makes sure relevant people have links

- Liaises with building manager that needs are met

- Handles and distributes Aspire physical post

- Day to day co-ordination and planning

- Database, dropbox and Onedrive upkeep and management

- Reviewing pre event surveys and sending reports to team members

- Supports in marketing efforts

- Supports in monthly financial information for accountant

- Handling booking enquiries and making bookings

This will be part time, Monday to Friday and hybrid working from home and attending some events in-person.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 25 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
