Business Analyst - Retail Web Apps & Business Systems
Cosham, near Portsmouth (Hybrid working)

As a Business Analyst at our client, a globally recognised digital sports brand, you will play a vital role in driving web, software and systems improvements.

Responsibilities:
You will contribute to improvements across digital technology (Web, Mobile, CRM etc) making enhancements to large order management and processing systems, payment processes, stock management, logistics and digital marketing.
Experience:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience in a business analyst role, preferably within ecommerce retail or similar business to customer sales and marketing channels.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum project environment.
- Ability to translate complex business problems and requirements into well-written, concise user stories that resonate with business owners, developers, and testers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-supported documentation.
- Experience in managing third-party suppliers would be beneficial.
