Your Mission*
At boxxe we believe it is our people, ‘boxxers’, that make us great and we are now looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our growing people team, as we continue an exciting and ambitious journey.
As an integral part of the People Team, you’ll be responsible for leading on our day to day people processes, helping advise both managers and boxxers on all things ‘people’ related.

How you’ll fit in to the big picture*
We’re currently in the middle of transforming our people processes and practices, with this role being crucial to its success. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, who can build meaningful relationships across the business, to help support the teams and ensure delivery of our people strategy.
What you’ll be doing

  • Managing processes in boxxe’s day to day People Operations, including, but not limited to, the implementation of family friendly policies, flexible work requests, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Ensuring that HiBob is a single version of truth for all people records and provides an accurate record of the organisation.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure full accuracy for payroll records and leading on Payroll each month.
  • Leading on our annual performance process, ensuring compliance across the business.
  • Communicating to the business about any ‘people’ updates; including new joiners, leavers, benefit info, initiatives and upcoming events etc.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports from HiBob in line with requirements.
  • Day to day benefits management including awareness of, and access to all appropriate benefits for all boxxers and updating all boxxers on any changes.
  • Acting as an advisor to managers and boxxers on policies and procedures and dealing with less complex ER cases.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and other security related checks as relevant to our industry.
  • Supporting on ad hoc projects in line with business needs and the wider people strategy

What experience we think you’ll need

  • Experience of benefits administration and People System(s) within a HR/ People function
  • Some UK employment law knowledge
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations and requirements and how these impact people data.
  • Experience in advising managers on people processes and policies
  • You will be open, honest, trustworthy and can form good relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional qualification is desirable
