Job description
We’re looking for experienced programme and project managers to join our growing team. Our approach blends expert technical understanding of project management principles with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and the practical reality of getting things done, often in complex partnership environments. We’ve supported organisations to deliver multi-million pound community grant schemes to complete major regeneration programmes.
We’re looking for people to join this part of the business at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels. You might have expertise in setting up PMOs and transformation programmes or experience of hands-on delivery of projects. We’re open to applications from a range of backgrounds – you might have previous consulting experience or have worked in project management or transformation roles in the public, private or charities sectors. What’s most important is that you can demonstrate outstanding project management rigour and real desire to learn in order to help our clients do the best work of their lives.
Consultants up to £45k
As a Consultants, you’ll play a critical role in delivering outstanding work for our clients on a day-to-day basis. This will involve supporting complex programmes and managing projects and workstreams within them. You’ll need to have experience in a related role – such as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Workstream Lead – and you’ll be ready for your next challenge. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience. Ideally, you’ll be PRINCE2 qualified or have an equivalent qualification or experience.
Senior Consultants up to £65k
Senior Consultants bring deep subject matter expertise and plenty of experience to help our clients achieve things they can’t do alone. At this level, you’ll be a seasoned Project Manager of Programme Manager who will lead on projects, often being the client’s most senior regular contact. You’ll play a vital role on larger programmes – and our approach to matrix working means you’ll sometimes be leading these programmes, too. Ideally, you’ll be PRINCE2 qualified and have additional qualifications such as Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or have an equivalent qualification or experience.
