We are currently seeking an experienced part time administrator (0.8 fte) to join our friendly and supportive team based at our Chichester campus. The key focus of this role is to support a range of Social Work graduate, degree apprentice and professional development programmes. You will provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support to students, staff, employers and other stakeholders, working collaboratively to enhance administrative processes and the student and staff experience. The post holder will work as part of a team sharing and managing a wide range of administrative systems and tasks.
About you
You will have a good general education to A level or equivalent, with a high standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail. You will need good interpersonal and communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to build relationships and respect confidentiality. You will need to be approachable, adaptable and conscientious with a strong student focus. Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within a similar environment, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage and prioritise workload. Experience of management of shared inboxes and workloads and/or apprenticeship administration would be an advantage.
