Due to continued growth DeMontfort Fine Art is looking for a Original Goods In Studio Assistant to work in our Operations centre in Lichfield.
The Role:
- Assisting in the capture room.
- Capturing images of the Original artwork.
- Enhancing images using Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Scanning high resolution photos to our system to use for publishing.
- Capturing videos for marketing on social media and national campaigns.
- Ensure deliveries of the Original artwork are processed and ready for sale.
- Manual handling of artwork from deliveries / crates, unwrapping and checking.
- Accurately measuring artwork and inputting dimensions into Microsoft NAV.
- Completing item cards with specific details for all artwork received, averaging 1200 pieces per month.
- Safe wrapping of artwork for onward transmission to storage / galleries / third party vendors for manufacture.
- Accurate barcode scanning to ensure location of artwork known at all times.
Your skills:
- Proficient IT skills, working within both Microsoft and bespoke software platforms.
- Experience working with a camera / photography skills.
- Skilled in using photoshop.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to prioritise inbound workload and process accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a warehousing / goods in role.
- Ability to work unsupervised at times.
- Ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload.
