Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the following two (2) Program Supervisor positions. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor is responsible for providing assessments, crisis intervention, and the overall clinical supervision of the counseling staff. The Program Supervisor oversees the clinical activities of the program.
- Full-time, 40 hour/week position in the Proyecto Primavera Outpatient Program. The Proyecto Primavera Program is a substance use treatment program for adults seeking assistance with drug and alcohol use. The position is based out of Gardner's corporate office located at 160 E. Virgina St. in San Jose, CA.
- Full-time, 40 hour/week position in the Older Adult Prevention and Early Intervention Program. The Older Adult Program is a person driven and interdisciplinary approach to coordinated care to address optimal mental health functioning by considering stressors, physical health issues and substance use.
Gardner Health Services is now offering hiring bonuses for qualified Program Supervisors! Program Supervisors with a Master’s Degree will receive a $7,500 bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work), required.
- State of CA LCSW or LMFC License, preferred; must obtain a license within two (2) years’ of hire/promotion with a signed contingency agreement.
- Minimum two (2) years of related work experience working with dually diagnosis clients.
- Ability to supervise and provide consultation with difficult clients.
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Clearance of fingerprint background check.
- Must have valid TB (Tuberculosis) screening.
- Bilingual/Bicultural, preferred.

Compensation:
Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
Program Supervisor: $80,000 - $105,000/Annually
