Project Officer
PO2: Starting salary £39,615per annum incl LW
Hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity to join Lambeth Council’s Capital Major Works Team, responsible for the management and delivery of a range of exciting and high profile projects to Lambeth Council’s residential housing properties: including , renewals of roofs, windows and doors, fabric repairs, renewal of external wall insulation, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment
The successful candidate will be part of a high performing team of Project Managers delivering a programme of significant and complex capital projects varying in value from £100k to £8m, ensuring quality standards are met and to specification.
Significant experience and a record of achievement in successfully delivering technically complex and high value capital projects and programmes, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is therefore essential, as is in depth knowledge and experience of programme methodologies and techniques for planning, monitoring, and reporting to the Project Manager, including quality and risk management.
