HubSpot is seeking a Program Manager to join our Functional Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Team. We're looking for someone committed to supporting us in building, developing & retaining diverse teams, cultivating inclusion and belonging for employees globally, and helping our broader organization become meaningfully more diverse and inclusive. This role will report to our Senior Manager of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B).
In this role, you'll get to:
- Partner with DI&B team members to mobilize and execute DI&B-related strategic initiatives and goals within the three main functional pillars at HubSpot.
- Act with urgency to drive meaningful change towards those DI&B goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on programs and initiatives to support and promote our DI&B goals globally.
- Manage and support our team-wide Special Projects workstream geared towards establishing an efficient DI&B Team "back-of-the-house", which include (but is not limited to) DI&B asset creation, DI&B resource playbooks, and Asana project management templates and frameworks.
- Partner with key stakeholders and pillar employees as the DI&B Point of Contact to the Product Pillar by providing consultative support and informative insights that impact retention and advancement strategies, particularly within systemically underrepresented groups.
- Establish metrics and measurement tools to track the effectiveness of DI&B programs and initiatives.
- Action feedback to further evolve programs and initiatives for our growing employee base.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners, including but not limited to diverse professional associations, student groups, and program partners.
- As needed, support the ERG Team to execute on goals, strategy, and priorities.
- Collaborate & partner with key stakeholders, including the Culture Team, Employer Branding, Hybrid Workforce, People Analytics, as well as the broader DI&B team to develop and support DI&B programming that solves for the business.
- Use a data-driven approach to make recommendations and drive to results.
- Move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact.
We are looking for people who have:
- Established acumen for corporate and/or operational DI&B best practices, with a focus on DI&B as a business imperative towards the triple bottom line (people, profit and planet).
- A self starter, who can manage through ambiguity, and is adaptable to changing and ever evolving priorities.
- An action-oriented approach to designing and executing programs from start to finish to further enhance our remarkable employee experience, as well as progress towards strategic goals.
- A proven performance in driving impact for systemically underrepresented communities.
- Growth mindset for learning and evolving DI&B and empowering others to do the same.
- Critical thinkers who seek to drive long-term, sustained impact for DI&B.
- Data-driven spirit and eager for feedback when analyzing project performance, learnings, and evolving future programming.
- Consultative approach to influencing and guiding stakeholders along their DI&B journey.
- Experience in executing both short-term and long-term projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and organization.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, and compelling storytelling abilities to drive communities of people to act and engage in DI&B at HubSpot and beyond.
- Global-first experience when rolling out initiatives across regions and cultures.

Cash compensation range: 72800-109200 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
