ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role holder will provide day to day support with creative design tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
Working closely with the creative design team, your responsibilities will mainly be focussed on graphic design projects for many different aspects of our business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication or a related field
- 1-2 years of working experience in the field of graphic design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, Indesign)
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, encompassing layout, typography, colour theory and composition
- A flair for generating innovative design concepts and ideas, coupled with a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and consistency
- Effective communication skills to convey design concepts accurately to team members, clients, stakeholders
- Basic project management abilities would be an advantage
Desirable but not essential:
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software like solidworks, Autodesk inventor or AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere with a willingness to learn and grow in these software applications
KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES
- Create engaging and impactful content suitable for marketing and social media platforms
- Craft engaging internal and external media, including brochures, literature, spec sheets, technical instructional documents and other graphic projects
- Manage design files, organise assets and maintain project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and seamless project progression
- Actively participate in design reviews and feedback sessions, adeptly incorporating input from senior designers and cross-functional colleagues
- Contribute your creative insights to various design projects, with a primary focus on graphic design
- Play a vital role in refining and evolving our companys brand guidelines to create seamless, intuitive and captivating brand ecosystem
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in seeking opportunities to enhance your design skis, embracing feedback and eagerly taking on new challenges
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, including the integration of AI to help shape the future of our creative endeavours
You will also be required to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required of you.
