Job description
How do you attract the best people into a 46,000 strong, global organization which operates in more than 140 countries and markets, when the brand isn’t necessarily a recognized, household name? If you’re already thinking about strategic talent attraction campaigns, content creation and how to bring the employer brand story to life, this could be just the opportunity for you.
Location: UK or Europe, open to the role being fully remote or hybrid.
The Role
The WTW Employer Brand team is recruiting for a Global Employer Brand Manager – Experienced Professionals. This role will drive global recruitment marketing activity for experienced hires, as well as supporting the delivery and management of multiple reputational and local campaigns. It is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in a wide range of disciplines, from social media, to inclusion and diversity, content creation (video and written) as well as candidate experience and data.
The Requirements
With this role, success invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and/or external creative agencies. While you’re probably from a marketing background or an experienced employer/recruitment branding manager, we are looking for someone that understands how to take a core business message and turn this into an attractive proposition, on a global and local scale. We’re interested in your strategic approach to problem solving creatively and project management across a complex organization. As well as this, we are looking for someone with the following demonstrable experience and traits:
Proactive, collaborative, execution-driven attitude – we’re a small team with a big ambition and strategic importance in recruitment, we have many projects in flight at any one time – you’ll need to be able to prioritize, partner with internal teams/external vendors and work efficiently with excellent planning and organizational skills to drive projects through to completion
Great relationship builder and communicator – our team and network is a blend of both in-person and virtual interactions, it’s really important that you can build rapport without necessarily being physically there (this also means you have flexibility to work where suits you!)
Content creation – the success of our team depends on bringing to life real stories of what it is like to work here, whether that’s through videos, blogs or other content forms – you will be responsible for creating some of this, flexing your style for different audiences and geographies with local nuances
Social media and campaign management – our recruitment marketing activity isn’t just a glossy ‘nice to have’, it is fundamental to our talent attraction strategy - you’ll need to be able to demonstrate experience of running paid campaigns and how you’ve iterated them to continually improve
Candidate champion/employer brand guardian – we are responsible for ensuring that candidate experience is at the forefront of everything we do and our localized activity and messaging is consistent within a global framework. You will be a trusted subject matter expert who will need to help educate leadership, recruiters and business stakeholders on what this means in practice.
Equal Opportunity Employer
At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation. We embrace all types of diversity.
