Job description
You will work closely with the regional DEI Managers and Center of Excellence Leads to deliver outstanding strategic business support across program management of key projects and data analysis.
The team is looking for a high-performing Associate to play a key role in the successful delivery and management of the regional DEI strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Support EMEA DEI with execution of EMEA DEI Business and Program management including:
- Line of Defense and Controls e.g., adoption of strategic control initiatives, business resiliency, record management, access management, etc.
- Priority due to forthcoming UK regulator DEI policy introduction
- DEI Data analysis (Employee Opinion Survey, UK Women in Finance Charter as two examples), trending and reporting as well as external benchmarks and award submissions
- Support the COE leads with production, revision and maintenance of core artefacts including EMEA DEI Council decks, meeting minutes, tracking of actions and measurement of progress
- EMEA DEI budget tracking and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Deliver DEI Overviews to new joiners, interns, clients, etc.
- Key intersectional initiatives across region e.g., Design, organise and deliver high profile events and initiatives including EMEA DEI week. Develop content, liaise with internal communications and client hospitality, work with agencies and legal on contracts
- Marketing and Communications e.g., DEI Bulletin, DEI internal campaigns, EOY Recognition, DEI week
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Ability to quickly distil a broad range of information into key points to formulate an impactful "story" for stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Attention to detail and ability to assimilate fragmented facts into detailed statements
Delivery Focus
- Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Advanced Excel, Data Visualization)
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, supported by strong PowerPoint abilities
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation as appropriate
