The Search : We are looking for a passion driven ambitious focused professional to play a key role in building the business working alongside the Director. Whilst this role is PA, you will be involved in different areas of the business assisting in the growth of the company allowing great room for career progression in this industry.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills showing great capability focused on progressing in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules, appointments and meetings for team members
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Handling travel arrangements and logistics
- Conducting research and gathering information as needed
- Assisting with project management tasks
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
