UCA established its Doctoral College in September 2022. Opportunities are now offered for four internationally leading researchers in their fields to contribute to the Doctoral College's ambitious development plan to be the first choice globally for PhD candidates in art, design, experimental technologies and creative business.
UCA Doctoral College welcomes applications from all areas but is particularly seeking research expertise and PhD supervision experience (minimum 3 completions) in the following areas:
- Creative Business (including business research methods)
- Fashion
- Creative Education / Pedagogy (including quantitative social science research methods)
- Games design and technology
The roles are offered with the conferment of title which will form part of the interview and selection process. The successful candidates will be based at UCA Doctoral College in Canterbury and work across the university's campuses in Farnham and Epsom.

The actual salary for this position will be £47,560- £51,956 per annum based on 29 hours per week.
