Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) invites applications from accomplished academics for multiple Professorships in post-experience management education. The successful candidates will have a proven track record of research relating to post-experience management learning; and the experience and skills needed to provide leadership of research and education.

The successful candidate will contribute to the intellectual life of LUMS through an established international profile. This will typically be reflected in an excellent profile of high-quality journal publications and a track-record of securing external research funding. Successful candidates will also have proven record of impactful engagement with international research, scholarship and non-academic networks, and convincing evidence of esteem indicators such as editorships of journals, membership of editorial review boards, involvement in industry/government/charity consultations etc. The successful candidate must also have an established track record of innovative post-experience management teaching. Preference will be given to applicants with experience of supporting the development of junior faculty and PhD students.
