We are looking to recruit a number of full and part-time administrators across the 7 schools of the university, following a period of restructure.
You will be joining friendly, professional teams in a university which is at the forefront of teaching, research and consultancy in a range of disciplines, the roles will be based across the university estate on our Brighton City Centre, Moulsecoomb, Falmer or Eastbourne* campuses. Your role will be to provide administrative support to senior school managers and academic staff, and be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of effective administration which supports Schools in a rage of functions including events, financial administration, information and data management, systems administration and recruitment administration.
We have vacancies in the following Schools: School of Sport and Health Sciences; School of Architecture, Technology and Engineering; School of Applied Sciences; School of Education; School of Humanities and Social Sciences; School of Business and Law.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven administrative experience
- The ability to work on your own initiative, and to effectively work within a team
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills are also essential
- The ability to organise work and time effectively and to cope with changing priorities.

- The Eastbourne role can be worked on campus if you live locally, or remotely. The Eastbourne campus will close in approximately 12 months and the role will transfer to one of the Brighton campus sites.
