Food Production Operatives
Wincanton, Somerset
Temp to Perm
£10.50ph + £0.50ph shift allowance = £11.00ph
We are recruiting for Food Production Operatives on a temp to perm basis for our well-established clients based in Wincanton, Somerset.
The role will consist of working in production where you will be responsible for:
- Cutting, wrapping or packing of all products handled in the factory,
- Carry out clean as you go duties,
- Demonstrate the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistent operate to high standards of food quality and food safety,
- Comply wit company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.
Shift Rota Pattern:
Rotational
Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Friday 06:00-13:00 and 13:00-20:00.
Essential for the role:
- Be pro-active in your duties,
- Proven experience working in food manufacturing or Level 2 Food Safety,
- Be able to work on your own initiative and work with others,
- Mechanical and practical ability.

Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
