
Online Specialist - Data & Insight Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England
Job description
- Listen and respond to customers through applying research, customer listening and digital analytics
- Identify opportunities to deliver data in a more efficient and effective manner, focusing on actionable recommendations that have the customers at the forefront of decision making
- Ensure data/insight requirements from the business are aligned and contributing to online and wider business priorities and strategy
- Work collaboratively with the wider online team, to unlock data that will lead to increased commercial and operational efficiency
- Respond to business briefs, challenge assumptions in order to establish a clear requirement for the internal team
- Maintain current suite of reports that service the online team, ensuring that all are updated in a timely manner ensuring that all data is accurate.
