We are currently hiring team members in the Green Bay area for our production operations including entry-level and skilled trade positions.

This entry-level General Labor position supports our Corrugator, Printing, Specialty/Finishing or Shipping Department depending on placement. Employees receive training to monitor production processes, equipment, and quality.
**** This position is on a rotating schedule, Monday - Friday starting on 3rd shift, to 2nd shift, to 1st shift with the first week of employment on 1st. MUST be willing to work all three shifts! Shift rotation may vary throughout the probationary period.

Responsibilities
- Assist on production lines or equipment,
- Load corrugated board into machines
- Palletize bundles of boxes, or operate a banding machine in the shipping department
- Retrieve cutting dies and various tools
- Feed machines
- Follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Conduct quality checks.
- You would be working a Monday – Friday, 8-hour rotating shift schedule with Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience working in any fast-paced, team environment.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Interest in learning corrugated manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a rotating shift facility is a plus, but not required.
- The ability to perform basic math.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand continuously throughout the shift.
Compensation & Benefits
