We are looking to expand our team and are looking for a bar & floor person who will work full time.
Publiq. is an independently owned restaurant & cocktail bar serving farm-to-table produce-driven sharing plates, seasonal cocktails, natural wines and local beers. Think 5* hospitality in a relaxed environment.

What we are looking for:

- Someone wanting to learn all aspect of cocktail creation, batching and preparation

- Isn’t afraid of a big bad ice saw (we have our own block ice machine!)
Experience
- Has worked in a hospitality environment for 1+ year
- Has relevant experience to the hospitality industry
- Good understanding of cocktails and its ingredients
- A love for food and drinks
- Enjoys going out to bars and restaurants
- Great attitude and energy and a positive approach to problem solving
Job Type: Full-time
