An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Assistant post based at the Trust Headquarters in Bolton.
The North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust (NWAS) is one of the largest ambulance services in the country providing 999 emergency response, non-emergency patient transport services, 111 services and emergency planning and resilience for seven million people across 5400 square miles.
North West Ambulance Service Procurement Department was the first Ambulance Service to achieve Level 2 Towards Excellence Procurement Accreditation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individual to join our friendly, professional and busy Procurement team. The post holder will provide high quality first line helpdesk and systems support via email, phone and remote log on to all e-procurement systems users. In addition the post holder will advise on all day to day Procurement transactional requirements in line with policies and procedures.
