As a Digital Content Production Graduate, you are required to work with the Professional Power Tools team to support digital innovation and training strategies. You will produce and review up-to-date and relevant content across all user marketing platforms including the website, social media and reviewing influencer activities. This will involve:
- Using film and photography skills with DSLRs (primarily Sony), iPhone, RODE audio gear (lapels and shotguns), Aputure lighting, DJI Stabilisers, Edelkrone sliders and MacBooks, for creating content for Bosch live streams and video content through OBS, YouTube and internal streaming platforms in our on-site studio.
- Create engaging and informative content (images, reels, stories, etc.) for social media pages using Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro/ Final Cut Pro, CapCut and/or Lightroom.
- Influencer relations, ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging, developing creative concepts for product marketing via influencers. Including off-site filming with influencers.
- Managing the upload and scheduling of digital content. Ensuring content is factually accurate, represented appropriately in the title and thumbnails (where relevant) and analysing the results of the content.
- Creation of internal communications and analytical reporting for internal stakeholders and senior management (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Representing Bosch at 3rd party events (e.g. trade shows), filming, editing and posting engaging content during the events using relevant equipment
As our ideal candidate, you will have keen interest in the power tools or construction industry. You will be able to demonstrate proven graphic design, videography and photography skills. You will also require:
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe suite especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro for MacOS
- Previous experience in photography and/or videography to ensure excellent understanding of content production
- Ideally experience in livestreams
- Data Driven Mindset
- Proven online footprint with relevant digital projects (e.g. website, social media channels)
- Excellent organisational, project planning and problem-solving skills
- Agency management experience to ensure that deadlines are met, and all work is completed in accordance with the brand guidelines
- Display a user focused, service provider attitude and be a positive brand ambassador
- Engage in the process of improving our business processes by contributing ideas and suggestions
- Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels, both externally and internally
