Forst (UK) Ltd are a leading special purpose Engineering cutting tool manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of quality broach cutting tools for the Aerospace and Automotive sectors.
We have a permanent job Vacancy for a Customer Services Representative
This will be a varied and interesting job role with the following responsibilities.
1. First point of contact for customers, and direct the enquiry to the relevant departments for answers to reply to customer queries.
2. Obtain basic information from customers to start an enquiry and forward to Technical Department for a quote calculation.
3. Write and send quotations to customer from the calculations received from the Technical Department.
4. Complete initial administrative contract review actions from purchase orders received.
The successful applicant should have the following Characteristics
1 . Good Work ethics.
2. Friendly Personality.
2. Good telephone manner.
3. Communicate at all levels.
4. Draft emails and word documents.
5. The ability to understand a technical conversation to respond to customers.
6. The ability to read Technical Engineering drawings would be an advantage but training will be provided.
7. Previous experience in customer services role would be an advantage but as long as you have a friendly personality and willing to learn training will be provided.
