Location: Church, Accrington Position: Tube Laser Operator Salary: £13.00 per hour Working Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Are you an experienced Tube Laser Operator seeking a new opportunity? Look no further, our client a leading manufacturing company located in the Church, Accrington area, are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Tube Laser Operator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tube laser cutting machines efficiently and accurately according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine settings, including selecting appropriate programs and tooling.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure its optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating tube laser cutting machines is essential.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and address machine issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
