Reporting to the Production Control Manager, the Production Supply Manager is responsible for resource planning and fulfilment to support the efficient operation of the Plant.
What does the role involve?
In this role you’ll manage a team of administration staff helping to facilitate the daily, weekly & monthly resourcing of the Plant in a cost-effective way using innovative staffing solutions. You’ll also work with the plant delivery manager and shift managers to ensure robust plans are in place for seasonal events and to ensure clearances are maintained.
There are always ways to improve our operations, so you’ll analyse hours trends to identify efficiency improvements and ensure opportunities for cost reduction are supported by the resourcing plan. You’ll work closely with HR and HR services to ensure effective management of pay issues, Plant training and recruitment.

Shift patterns: The shift will be Monday to Friday around the hours of 08:00-16:12 a strong element of flexibility.
