Location: Newmarket
Salary: $60000 plus bonus
Hours: Full Time
The Position
- Review, customize, enhance, and expand CRm using VTiger Software platform.
- Train advisors, staff, and management on using custom CRM
- This includes managing users, generating reports (including ad-hoc), ensuring sufficient backups, Acceptance Testing, administering disaster recovery plans, and creating support documentation for maintenance procedures.
- Design mobile apps
- Design quotation software
- Other projects as assigned
- Troubleshoot end user requirements and make recommendations
- Other duties as assigned
In house position, not remote.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must have experience with VTiger Software
- Must have experience with designing mobile apps
- Web design and coding experience would be an asset
- Project management certification or experience preferred
LEVEL/SALARY RANGE
$60,000/year plus bonus
