Production and Replenishment Manager
Vintage Clothing
Duties:
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
-Managing and developing the production team, driving performance and ensuring efficiency and high output
- Collaborate with General Manage and Store Managers to ensure adequate and adaptive stock levels and pricing
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improving replenishment processes and stock levels/oppertunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Web, Retail, and Senior Management, to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies, also manaing stock audits and stock levels in all stores.
- Organising and maintaining stock levels and holdings within the warehouse
- Co-ordinating and facilitating shipping container unloading, and organisation of stock when processed into warehouse
-Maintaining stock spreadsheets and Production calendars
Requirements:
-Strong Vintage fashion knowldge covering menswear, womenswear and accessories of all eras and styles, ability to price items accurately and maintain business profitability and demand
- Experience in stock management, replenishment and operations within fashion and vintage
- Proven experience in replenishment or inventory management roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
