Job description
This role is responsible for the coordination of the internal incoming inspection and release within Epicor of all Anapen Components, IFUs, Cartons, Device labels and Drugs within the Anapen Prep Room.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate counting and supply of internal Anapen components, labels, cartons & packaging into the Anapen assembly line.
- Co ordinating and reporting any stock quantity discrepancies with warehouse personnel
- Responsible for ensuring any product that does not meet the define acceptance criteria will be managed in accordance with OMQA05 and OMQA25, making sure all nonconforming product is placed on hold within the relevant Epicor locations.
- To maintain knowledge and expertise of all internal processes including incoming and internal inspection processes for Anapen related components and assembly related products
- Assist with any continuous improvement activities/projects as art of the onsite VSM team within area of responsibility.
- To aid Section Leader with Anapen Preparation, Supervision, line training or act as a line associate dependant on demand/absence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of the Owen Mumford incoming inspection procedures, a sound background knowledge of the Quality release testing process from Goods in inspection and in process release from moulding to manual assembly within Owen Mumford.
- Experience with MRP/ERP system preferable but not essential.
- Experience with Excel preferable.
- To be highly self-motivated and can organise and plan daily workload effectively.
- To maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- To be able to engage effectively with people of all levels on a professional basis, both verbally and in writing on behalf of The Production and Quality departments.
- To be able to work independently, be self-motivated and to work equally well as part of a team.
- To be able to work with accuracy and clarity under pressure, for example: time or workload.
- To comply with Owen Mumford’s policies and procedures and fulfil the roles and responsibilities as defined, to support full compliance.
