Personal Attributes:
- Experience of working with children and young people
- An interest in supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning
- Good general standard of education (GCSE Grade C or 4 in English and Maths) and IT proficiency
Main Purpose:.
- Support vulnerable young people aged 11 – 18 years, helping to raise their emotional wellbeing and their aspirations to learn
- Work as part of a team contributing towards meeting the academic, social, behavioural and emotional needs of young people
- Provide specific support, dependent upon the individual needs of the pupil, ensuring their safety whilst supporting access to learning activities.

Starting salary £21,685 per annum
