We are seeking a Field Service Technician who puts the customer at the heart of all activity ensuring the customer receives exceptional customer service in a high paced environment. Represent the company with a professional and committed attitude in line with the delivery of world-class standards.
What will you be doing?
- To achieve key performance targets as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction
- Achieve key SLA's as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction
- To respond to call outs in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults and undertake all technical modifications as they arise.
- To install and network Multi Functional Devices on the customer premises to the customer's satisfaction
- To provide advice and training to customers on all aspects of the machines functions in order to ensure customers are fully aware of and utilise the full capabilities of installed device.
- To undertake relevant training as directed, which will include computer based training, in order to ensure up to date knowledge is maintained of all Konica Minolta Multi Function products, to include overnight residential training as required.
- To undertake all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
- To complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- To effectively use technology tools such as tablet and Laptop in order to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery
- To maintain car or walking stock to required standards
- To support or respond to service call outs for other service teams as necessary.
