Production Operators for Weld and Assembly (Hourly Paid) – Full-Time, Permanent Position, Rotating AM/PM Shifts

Production Operators for Weld and Assembly (Hourly Paid) – Full-Time, Permanent
Immediate Start - £11.84 ( £11.54 basic rate plus £0.30 flex bonus) plus up to £1.00 performance bonus and shift allowance (£0 for AM, £0.10 for PM)
You will be provided one week of training in our Onsite Training Centre.
Your tasks:
1. Assemble quality parts in accordance with process, achieving build requirements, in line with customer deadlines.
2. Operate machinery, for example welders, spin riveters, pneumatic screwdrivers and other machinery as instructed.
3. Pack assemblies/parts to the defined quantity and standard.
4. Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation/area.
5. Carry out quality and safety checks as required.
6. Complete documentation as required.
Your profile:
· Enjoy a hands-on role working as part of a team to achieve the team goals and also have the ability to work independently when required.
· Have high health & safety standards.
· Have a good work ethic which shows in your reliability and flexibility.
· Be able to work rotating shifts as required.
· Proficiency in English & Maths
